  • What will I receive after payment?
    You will receive a PDF file with a personalized rune reading via email. Each response is individually crafted based on your message, not a template.
  • How long does it take to get my answer?
    The answer to your question will be delivered within 24 hours after payment confirmation. In rare cases of delay, you will be notified by email.
  • Do I need to include my birth date or photo?
    No, that’s not necessary. Simply describe your situation or question in your own words — as detailed as you feel comfortable sharing.
  • Which service should I choose?
    Quick Read – for a specific question or dilemma Rune Bind – for a symbolic rune formula to support a goal (e.g. protection, clarity) Daily Rune – for a short daily message drawn from the runes
  • Can I get a refund?
    Refunds are only possible if no service was delivered. Because work begins shortly after payment, refunds are not available once your request is in process.
  • Will anyone else see my message?
    No. Your message and personal data are private and handled confidentially. We do not share your information with third parties.
